I'd never heard the word lookout used that way, so I looked it up and here's what I came up with.

I watched it last week and all the way through it just made me think of Reliquary. Not that the plot is particularly similar, but the feel of the underground tunnels was, and Creep himself definitely put me in mind of a wrinkler.

If nothing else I think it will definitely help me visualise some of the scenes in Reliquary better next time I read it.

It's a fun movie, but high on the gore factor, so not one for the squeamish.
